Shipment processing time
All orders are delivered within 2-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
We do offer express shipping upon request.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Free United States Shipping for orders $250 and more *excluding Hawaii and Alaska.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Premier All Natural Filters does not ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses. The shipment address must be a package pickup location or physical address to home/apartment that accepts packages.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of shipment.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Premier All Natural Filters is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Premier All Natural Filters is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Refund Policy
Time
After purchase, the consumer has 24 days to refund the purchase fully only if the product is unused and in original condition. The consumer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Method Of Refund
After receiving the returned item, a refund will be sent to the same card or form of payment that was used for purchase.
Product Condition
The product has to be in the same condition as when purchased.
